Mental health and wellbeing workbook

The Patient Experience and Involvement Team at the Leicestershire Partnership Trust has produced a workbook to pool together some useful, practical resources. The workbook has been designed for anyone struggling with particular emotional or mental health difficulties. The aim is to provide readers with helpful distraction activities and practical guidance as well as signpost them to local and national.
