You will be able to view the menu on the Swift Kitchen app where you will be able to select & order a meal for your child (see below for more details about swiftkitchen).

 

Medical Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Important: All previous special menus arranged with LTS School Catering services will not be transferred to our new catering provider ASPENS. If your child has dietary requirements please do not order school meals for your child until you have received written confirmation that a suitable special menu has been approved and put in place. This is to ensure that all dietary requirements can be safely accommodated from the first day your child receives a school meal.

Requests for medical dietary conditions and allergies can be requested by subitting the Alternative menu form (below), along with suppporting medical evidence where required, to school

Ordering School Meals

From September, we will be introducing a new online meal ordering system called SwiftKitchen.

Please note: Teachers will no longer take school meal orders during morning registration. If your child would like a hot school meal, it must be ordered in advance through the SwiftKitchen app or website.

Paid Meals

For pupils who are not eligible for Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) or Free School Meals (FSM), payment will be required when ordering meals through the app.

Universal Infant Free School Meals and Free School Meals

Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 continue to receive Universal Infant Free School Meals, and pupils eligible for Free School Meals will also continued to receive their meals free of charge. However, parents and carers must still place an order through the SwiftKitchen system, even though no payment will be due.

 

Getting Started with SwiftKitchen

If your child will be having school meals, you will need to register for SwiftKitchen and place orders online.

You will receive a SwiftKitchen Welcome Letter this will contain your child's unique SwiftKitchen Key, which you will need when setting up your account. This key is unique to your child and allows you to link them to your account.
